Mold repair for molders without a toolroom

CNC machining and EDM
The same equipment we use to build molds is available for precision components, fixtures, and short-run machined parts.
CNC milling and turning
6-axis CNC machining of mold components, fixtures, and one-off parts, holding tolerances to ±0.001″.
Wire EDM
Complex profiles and precision cutouts in hardened steel, without the stress of conventional cutting.
Sinker EDM
Sharp internal corners, deep ribs, and blind features that a cutter can't reach.
Tool steels
A2, D2, S7, H13, and P20, plus the aluminum and stainless grades used in fixtures and components.
